The Best in Area Grilling Competition is heating up again for 2022! With a total of 8 area restaurants competing, you'll get a great taste of some of the best food this region has to offer. Competing restaurants can be found on the Best in Area Grilling Competition page.

Tickets are $10 pre-sale, $15 at the event. Tickets can be purchased at Midtown Foods, Hy-Vee, the Chamber office, or online.

This year brings a new event to the Brew ‘n Que: Bloody Mary Tasting! The tasting will be at Port 507 and feature Kickass Vodka in the Bloody Marys served by local bars and restaurants on Sunday, Sept. 4th from 11am-1pm. Participating businesses can be found on the event page.

 

Tickets are limited and will be $15 in advance, $20 at the door if still available. Buy your tickets at Hy-Vee, Midtown Foods, the Chamber office, or online.

Back again at the Que this year, The Magic of Isaiah has been wow-ing kids for years with his brilliant, entertaining, and interactive magic acts. From 1-2, Isaiah will be walking through the park doing magic tricks, then from 2-3, the formal magic show will take place in park. You definitely don't want to miss him!

"Magic is about the experience and I promise to give you a memorable one. I continue to keep my audiences entertained and coming back for more. I strive for excellence and work hard so my audiences are never disappointed. My show is equipped with a sound system and a professional backdrop for indoor events."

The Midwest's premier balloon artist will be bringing his renown balloon art and entertainment to kids at the Que this year! Don't miss an opportunity to see ear to ear smiles his creative work puts on kids faces.

"Balloons by Kevin originated as a goal to learn balloon art in the summer of 2012 and has transformed into a full-time job that provides professional entertainment and/or decor to hundreds of clients across the midwest - predominantly in MN, WI, and IA."

The popular local celebrity rib eating contest is back again this year! The celebrities will duke it out to claim the title of "best rib eater in town." Contestants will be:

We've got quite a lineup of both local and regional acts performing at the Que this year! Saturday's performances feature local Blues/Bluegrass/Americana/Folk/Rock The Bootleggers from 4-7pm, From 7-10pm, La Crosse-based Dude Fresh brings their live rock party music to the stage, playing all your favorites from the '70s to today!

Sunday features local band Horizon from 5-7pm. Horizon plays a mix of classics, both rock and country. The band closing out the weekend for the Que in 2022 is Minneapolis-based Free Fallin' - A Tribute to Tom Petty. Free Fallin' will be playing from 8-10pm.
